The Pavillon Afriques student program provides students with hands-on experience, valuable industry insight and exclusive networking opportunities to advance their careers in film, media, events and hospitality.

PROGRAMS

PR -Marketing - Communications.png

PR / Marketing & Communication

We have an immediate need for someone to take charge of our PR and Marketing. Draft and circulate press releases, design and coordinate a media campaign for the festival. Attract print and electronic media coverage of the festival, etc.

Social Media Content Creator

Create content about  Pavillon Afriques in the social media space with start now and  continuing during the festival - Facebook, twitter, IG, etc.

Hospitality.png

Greeters  / Ushers 

Greeters / Ushers (rotating shifts) to receive and welcome guests as they arrive and inform about the pavillon program

Hospitality Managers - Terrace

Hospitality managers (rotating shifts) to ensure that our location are stocked with food, water, juices, etc., at all times.

Job will be to ensure that microphones /sound during roundtables and presentation and films are cued and played on time and according to schedule.

Officially designated pavillon photographers to document the Pavillon.  Photograph every session, speakers and arrivals

 Officially designated pavillon videographers to document the Pavillon. + Live streaming on social media

Opening Ceremony Flag Bearers.png

Opening Ceremony Flag Bearers  (Tuesday, 16 May at 9:30 AM)

20 volunteers will dress in African attire and carry flags of the countries in the festival.
